Free Tax Assistance for Seniors at the Richard Dilley Tax Center

Seniors in Dane County over the age of 60 are eligible for FREE tax preparation at the Richard Dilley Tax Center, located inside the UW Madison South Partnership Office at 2238 South Park St in Madison. The Richard Dilley Tax Center is a partnership with Dane County UW Extension, City of Madison, IRS, UW Madison, and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. This volunteer-coordinated site is targeted for low-income, elderly and/or people with disabilities. Schedule your one-on-one, in-person appointment with one of the certified, volunteer tax preparers who will prepare your return in your presence. Due to COVID 19, masks must be worn at all times, and no children are allowed to attend appointments. Appointments are available January 30th through April 15th. No walk-ins available. Appointment Required. 

Appointments are REQUIRED. 
Mondays: 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Fridays:  1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Saturdays: 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
