Utility Billing & Payments

View your Bills Online

Residents can view their bills online through Payment Service Network (PSN). Online payments may also be made through PSN, but this is not required to view a bill.

For those who have already registered with PSN, please visit the PSN website and login. From there, select the "View Bills" tab.

For those who have not yet registered with PSN, please visit the PSN Account Registration page and register for an account. The registration process requires a Village of McFarland Utilities account number and a name. When entering your account number, please do not included any decimal points.

Go Paperless

Those who do not want to receive paper copies of their bills may opt out through the PSN website. The option to do so is located near to bottom of the page. Going paperless helps to save on paper and reduces costs to the Utility.

To prevent spam filters from blocking email notifications for new bills, please add "e-statements@PaymentServiceNetwork.com" to your email's address book.

Making a Payment

Effective immediately all service fees for Payment Service Network have been absorbed by the Village. Late fees will not be waived due to incorrect account information submitted by the customer.

Online payments may be setup through PSN on a one-time or automatic basis for either the amount of your bill or for a fixed amount for each transaction. Payments usually post the same day as long as funds are available.

For automatic payments, it is recommended to set the scheduled date between the 5th and 20th of the month to ensure a bill is available and no late charges will be incurred.

Late Payments

Payments, late fees (typically after the 20th of the month), or any other account adjustments may not update on PSN's "Balance Due" total for 3 to 5 business days. If you are paying after the due date, please call the Public Works Department to find out how much you need to pay to avoid any further late fees.
