Powers & Duties

The Community Development Authority (CDA) generally undertakes blight elimination, urban renewal, community development programs and projects, and housing projects. In particular, the CDA promotes and facilitates economic development and redevelopment in Village Tax Increment Finance Districts (TIF Districts).

  • 2 Village Trustees (1-year terms)
  • 5 citizen members (4-year terms)
