Administration Offices
The Administration Department serves as the hub for Village government administrative, financial, and personnel-related operations.

Communications & Technology
The Communications and Technology Department keeps the public informed through written publications such as the Outlook Newsletter, online through the Village's website and social media, and on television through McFarland cable channel 982.

Community & Economic Development
The Community & Economic Development Department oversees planning and building inspections through the administration of the Village's zoning, subdivision, and building codes.

Fire & Rescue
The McFarland Fire and Rescue Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services, at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Level (IV-Tech), to a 14-square-mile district made up of the Village of McFarland, portions of the Town of Dunn, and portions of the Town of Pleasant Springs.

Municipal Court
The primary function of the Municipal Court is to administer justice and hold individuals accountable for their actions when found guilty of ordinance violations. The Court imposes fines and statutory fees, collects those fines and statutory fees, as well as imposes and collects restitution and other miscellaneous fees.

Parks
The McFarland Parks system includes many parks, bike paths, and open spaces that serve as recreation areas, provide a connection to nature, and improve quality of life in the Village.

Police
The McFarland Police Department believes that an informed public makes for a safer society in which to live. We are committed to providing necessary information to our residents about current events and changes that may impact your neighborhoods.

Public Works
The Public Works Department has the greatest breadth and variety of responsibilities of any Village department. The Department operates the Water Utility and the Sewer Utility, is responsible for management of Village facilities and maintenance of parks facilities, and administers solid waste contracts. It also coordinates the design, review, and inspection of Village construction projects and infrastructure work in new developments that are installed by private contractors.

Senior Outreach
The Senior Outreach Department provides a variety of services and programs for people over the age of 60. The two primary services we provide are case management services and nutrition services.

Village Administrator
The village administrator is the chief administrative officer of the village. The administrator leads, plans, organizes, and directs the administration of the Village of McFarland toward fulfillment of goals and policies determined by the Village Board.
